Vibe Candle Co. ships Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. All orders will be shipped through USPS from Virginia.  
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Keep in mind times may be extended during holidays and for custom orders. The shipping rate is $8 for all US orders below $65.
Shipping will be free with purchases of $65 or more.
Free local pickup available in Hampton, VA.
Tracking information will be sent via email, once the order is shipped.
Please be advised that Vibe Candle Co. will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. 
      WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your package is missing for more than 7 days, you can file a claim at missingmail.usps.com
WHAT IF I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS? 
If you discover you have provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us right away to edit the address, prior to the order being shipped. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package, please file an interception at https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm. Additional fees may apply to you. If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for associated shipping charges
WHY IS MY PACKAGE TAKING LONGER TO ARRIVE?
Please keep in mind, if you are using an APO or FPO address, shipping my take longer for you. Also, the holiday season will cause delays in shipment, as well as, during unprecedented times where there may be high mail traffic. Always keep your tracking number until your package is received.
